Relax and unwind while receiving a brief yet relaxing massage! Your relaxation experience awaits you! Perfect for those tight on time or cash, or both. Let our therapist know which areas you'd like us to target, or skip. This is your session, and we will customize it to your liking. Let your therapist know if you have any areas of preference to focus on. Otherwise, relax, kick back, and enjoy on our heated and grounded (optional) massage table! Included with the foot portion of this massage is 1 complimentary (& optional!) essential oil of your choice. Let our therapist know at the time of appointment which oil you prefer, or you may choose at your appointment between these Piping Rock essential oils: Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Spearmint, Lavender, Geranium, Chamomile, Orange Sweet, Lemon, Cedarwood, and Sandalwood. Example session: Your head, neck and shoulders will receive a nice, relaxing massage. No oil will be used on the scalp and hair. Next, your feet and calves will be worked on. Our therapist can apply reflexology techniques to the foot routine. Then, your therapist will have you flip over to finish at your back (if time allows). You must choose "No Add-On" or choose the quantity of add-ons you would like from the list below. We have 3 possible choices. Let us know which add-on you would like at your time of appointment. $5 UPGRADE ADD-ON CHOICES: - No Add-On : For selections with no add-ons, we use: Sacred Earth Massage Oil, Sacred Earth Vegan Massage Lotion, and/or Organic Castor oil with 1 complimentary essential oil when working the feet (optional). - Pain Relief Oil : This oil contains Arnica, Jojoba and sesame oil. Arnica is great for natural pain relief. - Sore Muscle Oil : This oil contains magnesium chloride, which is great for sore muscles. - Skin-Firming Oil : This oil contains collagen and plant stem cell extracts, and other natural ingredients.
